2Cr13钢管生产厂家

2Cr13属马氏体不锈钢,有磁性,硬度好,焊接要预热的。和Q235焊接用奥氏体不锈钢焊条不用预热,比如A302.A307都行。

焊接时控制焊缝稀释率,不摆动焊接,采用较小的电流。

2Cr13焊接焊材可以选用:

1.抗大气腐蚀选G202,G207,需预热150-300度,焊后回火700-730度;

2.耐有机酸并耐热选:G211,需预热150-300度;

3.良好塑性:A102,A107,A202,A207,A302,A307,补焊预热,厚大件预热。

表示方法

根据GB/T《钢铁产品牌号表示方法》的规定,采用汉语拼音字母、化学元素符号及阿拉伯数字组合的方式表示。 含量:一般在牌号的头部用一位阿拉伯数字表示平均碳含量(以千分之几计);平均碳含量小于千分之一的用“0”表示;碳含量不大于0.03%的用“00”表示。 合金元素含量:平均合金元素含量小于1.50%时,牌号中仅标明元素,一般不标明含量;平均合金元素含量为1.5%-2.49%、2.50%-3.49%.....12.50%-13.49%,....时,相应地标明2、3.....13...。专门用途的不锈钢,在牌号头部加上代表该钢用途的代号。举例:0Cr18Ni9、Y1Cr17(易切钢)。

适用范围/2cr13小口径无缝钢管 编辑

2Cr13不锈钢淬火状态下硬度高,耐蚀性良好。很多用于做刀具,是“刃具级”马氏体钢,也用于外科手术刀具,类似布氏高铬钢这种最早的不锈钢,另外也有用作汽轮机叶片等,适用范围很广。

2Cr13密度为7.75g/cm3

2Cr13淬火硬度:一般2Cr13的淬火温度在980~1050℃,取980℃加热油淬时硬度要明显低于1050℃加热油淬,980℃油淬后硬度为45~50HRC,1050℃油淬后硬度要高2HRC。但1050℃淬火后得到的组织晶粒较粗,脆性大。聊城海天钢管厂建议使用1000℃加热淬火可以得到较好的组织和硬度。

2Cr13 welding material can be selected:

1. atmospheric corrosion resistance of G202, G207, need to pre heat 150-300 degrees, after welding tempering 700-730 degrees;

2. organic acid and heat resistant selection: G211, 150-300 degrees preheating.

3. good plasticity: A102, A107, A202, A207, A302, A307, preheating welding, thick preheating.

Representation method

According to the stipulation of GB / T "Method of Representing Steel Product Number", it is expressed by the combination of Chinese phonetic alphabet, chemical element symbols and Arabic numerals. Content: Generally, an Arabic numeral is used at the head of the brand to indicate the average carbon content (in thousands); the average carbon content is less than one thousandth is expressed by "0"; the carbon content is less than 0.03% is expressed by "00". Alloy Element Content: When the average alloy element content is less than 1.50%, the grade only indicates the element, generally does not indicate the content; the average alloy element content is 1.5% - 2.49%, 2.50% - 3.49%.... 12.50% - 13.49%,.... when, corresponding to the marked 2, 3...... 13.. 2Cr13 stainless steel has high hardness and good corrosion resistance under quenching condition. Many are "tool grade" martensitic steels used for cutting tools, as well as surgical tools. The earliest stainless steels, such as Brinell high chromium steels, are also used for steam turbine blades and so on. They have a wide range of applications.

2Cr13 density is 7.75g/cm3

Hardness of 2Cr13 quenching: The hardness of 2Cr13 quenching at 980-1050 C is lower than that at 1050 C, 45-50HRC at 980 C and 2HRC at 1050 C. However, after 1050 quenching, the microstructure grains are coarse and brittle. The Haitian steel tube plant in Liaocheng suggests that 1000 degree quenching can result in better microstructure and hardness.
